Uhling Consulting Registered Dietitians are experienced in and passionate about administering medical nutrition therapy as part of medical teams. Using evidenced-based nutrition programs for medical conditions can lead to improved dietary patterns which can positively impact both laboratory values and weight.

On-Site Patient Services

We currently contract with a number of medical practices to bring Registered Dietitians to their office locations. This value-added service makes it more likely that patients will participate in nutritional intervention and enhance communication between the RD and the practice providers.

For the convenience of medical practices and their patients, Uhling Consulting provides personalized nutrition counseling for patients at the practice while handling both scheduling and billing. We can set up a schedule that works within the structure of each office. This can include either monthly or weekly contracting in half or full day blocks for optimal scheduling flexibility.

We Specialize in:

Many providers are now going above and beyond to educate and demonstrate to patients on healthier approaches to food, nutrition and wellness. Uhling Consulting is pleased to offer group services to meet those needs including biometric screening, health fairs, interactive cooking classes and nutrition presentations.

Off-Site Scheduling

Traditional off-site appointments are available for patients facing chronic conditions, wishing to address weight issues or simply needing direction on healthy living. Our Registered Dietitians counsel patient on behavioral and lifestyle changes necessary to positively affect long-term eating habits and health. Your patients can expect an initial 90-minute visit and several follow up sessions to obtain sufficient education and training and then recommendations for minor diet/lifestyle adjustments.
