Nutrition counseling can be life changing for individuals with health conditions or illnesses. It can enhance your energy levels, improve your health condition and laboratory values as well as positively effect your weight and body composition. Whether you’re living with diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure, kidney disease or any number of conditions, nutritional counseling is an ideal proactive tool. We will coach you along your journey, celebrating each milestone of achievement and regrouping after setbacks. We are your long-term partner for a healthy life.

Our Specialties

What to Expect During a Consultation

Improving your health takes dedication, commitment and time. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach or quick, short-term weight loss schemes. Your success depends on a nutritional plan that fits your lifestyle & preferences and helps you change life-long habits. For your initial visit, we will spend 60-90 minutes getting to know you as an individual, working with you to set realistic health goals and ensure you have the tools to achieve those goals.

Most of our clients can expect a minimum of four 60-minute follow up sessions to evaluate your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your nutritional plan. However, because we create a nutritional plan customized to each individual, your registered dietitian will provide a more realistic timeline and number of recommended counseling sessions specific to your goals and lifestyle during your initial visit.
